On October 27, 2017 the Franklin County Guardianship Service Board held a memorial service at the Scioto Audubon Metro Park to honor their 22 clients who have passed away while under guardianship with the Board over the past two years.
Sr. Rosemary Loomis, OP, delivered the memorial message. Then Director Jack R. Kullman, Jr. read aloud the name of each client as their social worker released a rose into the river.
